Just like how the rap parts were cut because she is not a rapper, the whistle notes were cut because singing whistle notes isn't a skill that she ever had. It's usually Narsha and GaIn who sang the whistle notes, just like how Miryo is the one who always raps in their songs. She just sang the parts that she can sing on her own and within the realm of her skill set. It's just like how it's only Belle who did both the high note and the whistle notes because she is the only one in KOF who can do those parts.
