You should have let Nakai pass when you saw he skidded.

doesn't look like Nakai skidded, what might've happened is Nakai braked too late, possibly locked up and ran into Spocon, Nakai and Spocon are track rivals so emotions were most likely running hot, Nakai's a hard driver and his car is 650hp, 2300 lbs, no gadgets or even a cage, which sounds like a very rowdy combo, it was only a matter of time till something happened, lots of people have crashed at this turn at Tsukuba, and especially with wheel to wheel racing like this, it's almost inevitable that stuff similar to this will happen

Rotana is fully caged now, that happened when he went to the lower wing and changed the nose. It wasn't caged before because he still drove it on the street. He went full track weapon with it last year.
Two turns before the crash, Rotana's rear skidded out into the grass, but recovered, but the car was shaking violently, you can see that from some of the other angles. The prevailing theory as to exactly what happened was something under the car behind the left rear wheel took a hit, because of the shaking, and that was the wheel that fell off when they picked the car up. From one of the other angles you can also see something metallic fly out from underneath the car before the crash. I'd be willing to bet it wheel hopped and broke a control arm which tore a brake line or damaged the caliper. 993's breaking control arms under load isn't that uncommon.
What looks really bad for Spocon here, is that there is no way he didn't know, as even if he ddin't see it, he would have been told. And he and Nakai had recently gotten into that all-out war at Motegi which Rotana won in terms of lap time. It's basic track etiquette (and usually a rule) to move out of the way if someone is out of control, and he had plenty of time to, but didn't. It makes it look like, even if it wasn't, that he blocked him on purpose.
They both screwed up, but both cars would be fine now if he had dropped back, and he wouldn't have lost a position, because Rotana clearly had a problem.

@@xerodelacroix5552 I see, I had just been going off this video and the moments before and when the crash happened, I don't think I've seen the other angles, I just watch people go ham on the track, I'm not too familiar with track etiquette so my original reply kinda makes me look like a smartass🤣 thank you for the additional context
