KXLY-4 sign off and Great Falls Group W Cable bulletin board, 8/31/1983

KXLY-4 Spokane signs off the air on August 31st, 1983. Starts with a preview of the new series 'Lottery!', followed by the sign-off announcement. The only difference between this and the 1982 sign-off is the new circle 4 logo slide. Post sign-off, there's several minutes of the Group W Cable bulletin board featuring beautiful music from KOOZ-106.3 in Great Falls MT (now KQDI 106.1). KXLY was carried via microwave to much of western and central MT, with a 9-midnight primetime schedule, throughout the 1980s.
