That many turnovers is kinda normal when you're basically the entire offense. No argument with the defense and missed FT's, but the dude is carrying the team and they're obviously just too heavy and boston is so much better in almost every aspect.

That game seven loss against the Timberwolves was a fluke and could have gone either way if it was played nine more times. The Timberwolves built their squad to beat Jokic with their size. And they did. But the Mavs beating them doesn't mean the Mavs were better than the Nuggets or were a more competitive team against the Celtics. I believe that this will be a four or five game series with the Mavs. Luka will try hard and Kyrie will play better at home. But the Celtics are just better and more disciplined. If the Celtics faced the Nuggets I think they would still win because of Jrue, but it would probably go six or seven games because Jokic would just win a couple on his own.
Almost to a man, the Celts are a group illustrative of blue collar personalities/dispositions, broad skillsets, High IQ's, strong intangibles, and a "We before me" mentality. All the elements of those classic championship Celtics squads. That naggingly gritty, clearly defined role, no nonsense, well coached, disciplined, fundamentally sound, 50-50 ball getting, style. This group epitomizes "Celtics" hoops. Props to the GM.
I think its between the three J's because Zingis Pingis isnt 100%. I know Tatum is struggling scoring but he is doing else at a great/elite level. Jaylen is being a two way menace like Holiday.

The guy isn't a flashy street baller, he's a legit point guard who plays the right kind of basketball and adding Porzingis gives them another talented center to take pressure off Big Al. The Celtics mostly lost previous seasons because Brown and Tatum can't win without a real point guard (Smart was a great player, just wasn't a point guard though)
How can you emphasize Holliday's scoring, while completely ignoring Tatum driving, drawing multiple defenders, creating the gaps in the paint and then making the correct pass each time. 12 assists w/ only 3 turnovers!
I never realized how badly Luka sucks on defense. He doesnt know HOW to play defense. It's not so much a lack of effort - even though the effort is poor - he literally doesnt know what he is supposed to do defensively. It's embarrassing.
