    Thanks for sharing Bart! I love DXA scans! I get scanned myself once a month at the San Francisco BodySpec location. It gives such informative data and you don’t have to guess whether the weight you’re losing or gaining is fat or muscle. So this breakdown is awesome!

    Concerning the lean body mass that stays the same, don't you think the fact that you didn't train for a while before it and went ham again was the cause of this results also ?

      It's a factor and going from nil to something can push that .. sustainability wise it's like doing 4 days a week but needing that extra time to get better at it for same results?
      What's your thoughts?

    Do you use preworkout everyday? Don't know how you can workout 6 days a week.

      It can be .. addiction - that's a bit extreme. But working out 6 days a week also depends on your training experience and recovery too

      Amen to that. I’ve been at it 2 years come June. Taking my time I’m down 40lbs with no stretch marks. My goal is 20 more unless my lifting program just leads to a good enough composition change for me to look good between 230-240.
