It's a factor and going from nil to something can push that .. sustainability wise it's like doing 4 days a week but needing that extra time to get better at it for same results? What's your thoughts?
Amen to that. I’ve been at it 2 years come June. Taking my time I’m down 40lbs with no stretch marks. My goal is 20 more unless my lifting program just leads to a good enough composition change for me to look good between 230-240.
Am I the only one missing the videos? I’m kinda confused on some of the workouts and how to do them. Would love to see more videos of each day is broken down for the workouts. Thanks!

Do you use preworkout everyday? Don't know how you can workout 6 days a week.

It can be .. addiction - that's a bit extreme. But working out 6 days a week also depends on your training experience and recovery too
