Difference between Abu Hanīfah رحمه الله & The Deobandis who claim to follow him - By Abu Khadeejah

Question: Why do the Jurists from the Murji'ah hold that Actions are not from the Reality of Eemān, and that Eemān itself does not Increase & Decrease; Deobandis who hide behind the Ḥanafi Madhhab say that it is an Accepted belief amongst the Salaf and that it is not an Innovated belief in Aqīdah - so what is the Established belief of the Salaf in this matter?
