What I have noticed if it is really hard to find your tiger at one of the three lakes that just keep doing it and usually when it happens for me, it’s a diamond❤
For some reason i have bad luck with Diamonds, i got 2 in like 100 kills,but 2 rares in 100... And i have big problém with respawns. My Tiger jumps over the map And i have problem with finding him. He jumps to two lakes on right side, And i Once found him on bigger lake West to the outpoust close to North lake where you can Grind him....

You need to do hm if you want more diamonds
When doing hm should I leave tigers that are level 7? Or shoot them for lower levels like 6 and below
7 is fine
