Funny story, I got my headphones before starting the game, to experience the music in it's full glory, but I just had them around my neck and didn't realise until I was in the next section. I completely missed this song. And I spent longer than I should've in the area too, trying all the new movement options and seeing how much distance I could cover.
You know you can come back after completing Sand Kingdom, right? (not 100%ing, just getting to the next kingdom) You can listen to the song again if you want to!

They ran out of food and slowly went insane creating a holiday where they push the most out-of-it, well-dressed, and broke people into the foggy abyss below. As soon as they died, their ghosts possessed the caps they were wearing. That's why Cappy can Capture enemies and thrust Mario into the deepest bowels of their craniums. They're Possesors!
