I've been a Mariah fan since I was a kid and haven't stopped. She IS obviously lipsyncing. When she sings it live it is much more raw and there is no facial effort that she usually pulls when she hits that big note! Give her a break though she had a very big tour ahead of her (the biggest she has done to date). Bits are obviously live as she will be singing along to a backing track.
