20 years ago. all distances etc were In miles in Ireland. And most irish still think in miles.

Did you have a large hold on your credit card for the car rental? I've heard someone say a $5000 hold.
We came home from Ireland two weeks ago and They hold 100€ from my credit card. We had vw arteon.
Galway motorway is fairly boring. In a cutting. When you see open country bogland or the Shannon it is good though
You should try Obama plaza for food:). Oh no Galway road not Limerick or Cork.
Motorways are easy and safe except for going on and off.
UK uses Mike's. Irish use jaywalking
OMG.....one hand on the steering wheel, and at one point....no hands on the wheel. 🙄
Petrol is called petrol cause its liquid and not gas!!! It always amuses me the way americans call it gas because well it’s not gas it’s a liquid🙈
