If you don't have one of the issues on the list you can still apply for compensation but you will definitely need a Nexus letter, that is a letter from a doctor preferably a specialist, stating the words that you just said "it is at least as likely as not" cause by drinking contaminated water.

Yes, the list I gave was presumptive. If your condition was not on the list then we need to submit medical evidence of the Nexus.

@@davidsonlawofficescurrently I am 10 percent service connected for being exposed while in combat to Agent Orange in Vietnam.
A year ago I filed my own personal case under the camp Lejuene Justice Act. I filed on my own and never been diagnosed with any of the cancers mentioned although because of my inability to exercise I felt I had MM at the time of filing.
So having review multiple research papers on the matter I now strongly feel that I am covered directly under the Justice act even though I currently have no active cancer. I will push for 100 percent service connections
Recently I have been approved and have an active docket number to make my personal claim in court.
I intend to prove that specifically my MGUS developed over the years and is the nexus to the poison water I drank at Camp Jejune. It has caused me a great deal of medical issues and disabilities to date including the likelihood of cancer if I were fortunate enough to live long enough from the cause and effect of the poison water in Camp Jejune.
Another words I will make my own personal case based on Camp Lejuene that 100 percent of the cancer mentioned are all 100 percent positive for MAGUS. Did you know that? In there lies the link beyond a reasonable doubt
In addition studies have shown since the late 1970s that 99 percent with the cancers mentioned do not die from the cancers themselves; but in truth dies from a host of cardiovascular diseases; a host neurological diseases; and 100 percent of secondary immune deficiency diseases.
Another words because the poison waters at Camp Lejuene are due to various cancers; the poison water must also be due secondary immune deficiencies diseases that at any moment in my life can lead to infections; inflammations; and death. My personal life span most likely been shortened by 10 years due to the poison water I drank at camp Lejuene I rest my case!
Want to hire me as Retired Nurse consultant on the field of MAGUS? Cheers

I remember that I would get a severe migraine headache after a 3 mile or longer run while stationed there. I would go back into the barracks after a run and drink probably a 1/2 gallon on the contaminated water and then take a shower from the same water source . It was a long time ago so maybe I can't remember other symptoms that I may of had. I started doing aspirin therapy while there. I have continued aspirin therapy to this day, some 50 years later. I have asked my health care provider for cancer screening but I believe I am cancer free. I just think it is a good idea to be checked after seeing so many guys from that era come down with so many health issues. Welcome comments from others.

What is so stupid is that they do NOT recognize heart defects in adults, mothers. But they do recognize congenital heart defects. WTF? If it passes through the mothers body(mine) and it effects MY CHILD...why wouldn't I also be eligible- I was the one who was stationed there.

I have involuntary muscular contractions/ movements that paralyze me while tearing me asunder. The right hip has torn out damaging the ligament. Neck, back and knee surgeries are on hold for now.
I've survived multiple strokes and left Carotid Artery repair.
I've survived the CABAG PROCEDURE, Double bypass surgery. I have X-rays and reports of cists on the kidneys. Too many issues to list.
    Can you help?

What about Sinusitis? Non-stop phlegm production regardless of season or diet. Tried everything to clear this up with no luck.
Was stationed there 1984-1988 A 1/6 Weapons Platoon.

You can file a claim but you will need a Nexus letter from a specialist stating the words" I believe in my professional opinion it's at least as likely as not caused by drinking contaminated water. "

    • @davidsonlawoffices

You will probably need a letter from your ENT doctor stating that it is more likely than not that your Sinusitis is caused by your military service. You may want to explain is your were exposed to any tooxins etc.

I would like to know the science that determines the difference of at least 30 days versus two training exercises (Red Flag), 7 days in 1986 & 10 days in 1987 drinking from the same water buffaloes.

      @davidsonlawoffices  Год назад +1

The difference is presumptive versus you now have to prove a service connection
