    Now is the worst time to build both residential or commercial real estate, the market is about to crash but hey it's not my money being invested and malls are already dead so let them throw away their money if they want to.

      Residential real estate is going strong and shows no sign of crashing. Commercial properties are a different story and the market is saturated with vacancies.

      @@lawnman3638 Residential is still going strong but it has slowed down significantly since the height of the market in 2021 through 2022, It has already started slowing down in the same way it did during the beginning of the 2008 housing crash, it never happens overnight.
