That sounds good, if only more people would join the cause to bring that beautiful city back to what it once was.

The root will always and forever be the mentality of a person, the mindstate the individuals disposition. My house has never determined my behavior!

You mean a prejudice prophecy will be fulfilled. The only people of a certain group that are helped are sloppy baby makers that steal, hate, abuse recreation substances, and can't learn in school. And their petty jealousy or arrogance from their bum hustle will encourage them to bully and violently abuse any person of that group getting screwed over doing things the way we told. On top of it, women of other groups will use their positions to keep a hierarchy while sexually getting off with the lazy criminal element while married to someone else. Sort of like professors, chief resident physicians, hotel hostesses, youth shelter monitors, law enforcement, and hr managers aren't married to men that mirror the appearance, language, and education of men they taunt they sexually prefer while abusing others.

Exactly, new homes in neighborhoods isn’t going to diminish the crime. We need law enforcement enforcing the law. St Louis needs to up the salary for police and hire more officers.

Build as many as you want, still will not take the violence away.

Yes it does. Before Lafayette square was rebuilt and gentrified it was crime ridden. Now it’s one of the cities nicest and richest area to own a home. The crime will just move further north until all the criminals can’t afford to live in St. Louis anymore and are forced to relocate to another city

@@Them-x4pThe crime will move to the southside of the city.

@@timothykeith1367 there’s already crime on the south side of the city and even that is being tackled by community gentrification.

Gentrification is the key word.. that isn't what is happening to the neighborhood discussed in the video. Just stealing funds from other communities to fund neighborhoods that are violent and trash the property and schools

This is needed but only being done because of the nearby new NGA north gov location. If this wasn't coming soon, neither would these homes.

The first impression is removing trash along the roadside of Riverview roads, cement land area, and transforming the place to make it feel safe for people of all ethnicities and origins. Education and diversity of populations only bring positive vibes to the community. Traffic laws are not enforced, and sidewalks are not built on all roads. Schoolchildren walk on the road to school every day. I have never seen this kind of neglect except in Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakoda.
