Welcome back VValentine. Deer are being eradicated but the bears dwarf the ones thought to be trophy size elsewhere. Guy in Warren county took a nice 860 pound black bear 3 weeks ago and a nice 640 pounder earlier that week in Saxton. PA. all the way for real trophy sized elk and black bear. Hunting is still top notch here for all but deer but the people in the cities still can't drive to save themselves.
I have no problem with hunting as long as all the animal is used and not wasted, hence why I like Rob Arrington from Deer Meat For Dinner, he never wastes any of his kills

With some rare exceptions, the coldest it gets here is like 18 degrees on the coldest days of the year. My hands absolutely freeze in the 20-30s. If I layer up its only my hands that get really cold but I would consider anything lower than 40 to be cold

lyon _outdoors I don’t know what state your in, but have your own beat hunt. Your bound to have a semi experienced family member or family friend that can be your guide. Just pay them back in meat/work and pay for your liscense and tags and they’d for sure take you.
Like how he says deer hunting is “free” but they pay thousands and thousand of dollars to hunt on private ranch’s and outfitters. And own some of them themselves and pay thousand a year to maintain them and even more on travel but he’s worried about bear hunting
You can draw a tag in Arizona, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. The bull tags are hard to draw. The cow tags are little easier to draw depending on the state. The tags in the draws are $1250-5k+ for just the tag, plus application fees and hunting license. You can hunt a private heard on a high fence. That's about 4k-20k depending on what you want to shoot.

So calling me a tree huger, just shows some lack of intelligence. I have never Killed a deer or squirrel or rabbit or turkey I have always harvested them. I also think the good lord for all he has given me the opportunities that he offers me. So the next time you want to address someone than about what you say before saying anything.
