Hi, I'm a heavy metal fan. Before Tech N9ne I had no interest in rap whatsoever, but bridging the gap between rap and metal is a beautiful thing.

I met the man back in 2009 and talked with him for a bit and he's one hell of a metal head, plus a good friend of Corey. I've been waiting for a corroboration between them. I'm glad it happened.

As a diehard metalhead, I never thought I'd say this. Tech N9ne is a great rapper. He's one of the few who uses actual instruments and sings about real stuff in his music, and I respect him for that. He also collabs with metal artists. It gives me a sense of unity, how he's a maggot.

I've been a Slip Knot fan for years, but I recently was turned onto Tech N9ne, and I'm hooked. His colabs are hard hitting, no matter the genre or backdrop. I remember this coming out in my middle school years! Seeing how much time has passed is jarring to say the least. I got special effects signed as a deluxe edition and it will forever hold a "special" place in my collection. These collabs on this album forever have changed how i view music can mingle and create new sounds.

This song.... it was meant to be. I enjoy many of Tech N9ne collaborations.... Fragile, Speedom, Straight out the Gate, If I Could..... This goes far and beyond even them which are all very good songs. I discovered Tech N9ne only recently, but is now my favorite rap artist, and Slipknot is easily my favorite rock/metal band. A whole collaboration album with Corey Taylor/Slipknot would be amazing. Both sides of the track/artists sync perfectly with each other, have similar tones, and range, but even more so both parts feed off of each other perfectly. This shows any artist what a true quality rock-rap song is, and has set the bar and standard higher than any before it.
Tbh one of my top 20 favorite songs. Perfect for working out, or getting through a bad day.

Not a rap guy, but I saw Tech at Rock on The Range a few years ago. They legit killed it. I know just enough about tech to know they’re highly respected in both rap and metal, and I can see why. They brought a great show, and they definitely have some metal elements.

That's what you need to do when a song is unique, your brain doesn't recognize it, because of that so many people won't give music like this a chance.
