Amazing focus on literal translation but the meaning is not always accurate. First, Allah cannot be frustrated. He already knows what is about to happen. So nothing surprises him, or frustrates him. Second, Haq-ul-Yaqeen occurs when a person experiences Allah's Nur first-hand. It is the ultimate state of gnosis.
