Nice work! I'm curious why you formed the leather around the pocket clip, rather than using the clip to help hold it in the sheath.
Thanks😁 Clip on this knife is extremely tight so it would damage the leather pretty quickly.

For this kind of sheath, You would need to send Your knife to me first so that I can make the sheath suitable for this specific model. Can you do this and still tool the leather
It could be done after wet forming, but the process would be very tedious and my guess is that the tooling wouldn't be as crisp as made on a flat leather. In this design, shape of the knife "imprinted" on leather is decoration in itself. If You want tooling I would go with another design - pancake sheath. In that case You can easily work with the leather before stitching it all together and get that crisp tooling.
I'd like to try this. Is the pattern for sale anywhere?

I love this design, I'd carry it on both sides of a belt loop, only so it wouldn't move.
