Hi sir , as per my understanding high numeric means lower priority and lower numeric means high priority. But in video 14min you explained reverse as per my understanding. Could you please confirm which one is correct??

question if we need to make Active-passive no need to do any config in passive right ? becasue it will be identical from fw1 so when fw1 goes down fw 2 it will be same fw 1 config

Yes all configuration will be same, you have to do ha configuration in passive

I already blocked social media in application control and web control. they can't access Facebook, but they are doing some tricks then they access it without restriction, they connect another internet first after connecting they connect VPN then they switch to my wifi after that they are using my internet without restriction. how to solve this issue, also I blocked VPN also.

Hi Mohammed ur this is resolved? Whatever they are using ticks but your firewall work will accordingly configured policies. If they using vpn still they still can't access social media. This is not possible.
