"constitutional body" does not mean it can be free from corruption
You are Right but by kicking the can down the road the HC and SC can skilfully claim "constitutional body" tag to hide behind.
SC must take action when they know that the ECI is not budging. When u sit on higher positions, there r risks but risks need to be taken and impartial verdicts and decisions should be passed.
After reading such positive and righteous comments why is the Indian constitution in such bad shape. Surely there are many to initiate change.

आज कल लोग जाति धर्म के नाम पर ऐसे वोट दे रहे हैं जैसे पेड़ कुल्हाड़ी को वोट देते हैं पेड़ो को पता है कि ये कुल्हाड़ी हमे ही कटे गी फिर भी पेड़ इस लिऐ वोट करते हैं क्योंकि कुल्हाड़ी में लगी लकड़ी उन्ही के जाति की होती हैं उसी तरह आज कल इंसानों में हो रहा है ओ लोग जाति धर्म के नाम पर वोट करते हैं और फिर अपने ही हाथ पैर कटवाने का कार्य करते हैं उनसे उनके संविधानिक अधिकार छीने जाते हैं और स्वतंत्रता छीनी जा रही है फिर भी लोग वोट जाति धर्म के नाम पर ही वोट कर रहे हैं
