YaY‼️‼️‼️. Thank you for all your efforts to warm our hearts. Your videos are treasures😊. Have a wonderful holiday season full of everything and everyone you love❤️
I made pomanders last year. They were so pretty. I also dried oranges and apples and made popcorn and cranberry garlands with the oranges and apples and hung them outside on a tree for the birds. I made bird seed ornaments and hung them on the outside tree. It looked so pretty and all the birds loved it! There's just a real joy in preparing for Christmas the way folks used to do it. This year I'm making candy and cookies that my mother and I made together when I was a girl. I haven't made them in quite a few years. It will be fun to enjoy them and introduce them to a new generation of great nieces and nephews. It's a way for them to remember Mama Millie. My oldest nephew named their youngest daughter, Millie. I just love that! My mother had already gone to be with the Lord by the time she came along but it sure gave us all joy to have another Millie around. We always watch "It's a Wonderful Life" and "White Christmas". I love "The Waltons" and "Little House", too, but the movie that just makes my heart happy and sets me into the Christmas spirit is "Little Women". Oh, I love it!!! Thank you for keeping the old ways alive!❤ Merry Christmas to you and yours and blessings for a wonderful New Year! Marian
I love a tree decorated in oranges and gingerbread and popcorn, but didn't get around to it this year. I makes a wonderful winter treat for the birds and January is the perfect time to do that. I have some pieces of my grandmother's set from Johnson Brothers called "Clover Time". I have been told that they only made it in green. Her set is BLUE ! I have been looking for more pieces but....only green is available. My mother's set is by Wood and Sons England. It is called Enoch Woods. English scenery. Love them both!
Dear Jeri Landers, you create something very special, and peaceful.. While watching, it came to me; it's "love in any Language," is "fluently spoken here!".. The words are sang by Sandi Patty and fit perfectly, for me, with your calming sharing of your creations.. I'll leave with more words from Sandi Patty's song; "There is no misinterpreting, the language of the heart!" 💖💖🙋🏻♂️

I grew up watching Meet Me in St Louis around the holidays. I love the postcard illustrations. Hope you can fix the snow globe bear someday. Merry Xmas!
Such beautiful arrangements to enjoy in your house......seeing greenery all around makes for such a devine home. I never feel right if I go into a house without greenery or colour...my house is full of both. Thank you Jeri 🧤🪴👒
Lovely story about the snow balls Jerry. With the special baby food you must`ve thought of semolina, which in Germany is called Grieß. We make baby mush out of semolina and it is called Grießbrei :-) The postcards are so wonderful! I have been going through my stash lately as well. Took up scrap booking and art journaling again. Huggs from Rose Cottage, Schurwald Forest.
I must've been thinking of Indians (the Seminoles), when I mispronounced the cereal's name... Must be lovely in the German forest at this time of year.
These videos are enchanting. I love the way you combine the story; the music; the visuals and the cooking to create a memorable experience. I find myself watching these videos several times. I still want to try making your florentines.

Thank you for your wonderful Christmas traditions video! It was very informative and inspirational! I enjoyed the wide number of topics and how you told each of their stories. Your video is a perfect Christmas gift. Thank you. I love The Waltons and Little House Shows but my favorite is A Christmas Story. Any time in feeling blue Ralphie and that Christmas dinner at the a Chinese restaurant cracks me up. I love all the snow and the 1940s setting. I will give The Christmas Candle a view. God bless and be with you.
This was so beautifully done, Jeri! I loved every minute. My four dogs all laid around me listening too. I have a collection of old postcards and old books as well. Just adore them. Loved hearing about yours. I’m not a fruitcake fan but still enjoyed watching how you make yours. Oh that rabbit,,,,how precious. My very favorite Christmas movie is The Bishop’s Wife....Loretta Young and Cary Grant....it is such a sweet story. I try to watch it every year....magical. Thanks so much for your beautiful videos. Your voice reminds me of my late Aunt Donna. I've been binge watching your videos tonight. They are so soothing and are such a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed this one. 💗🌲🥝🍍🍒🍊🎄
I have woken up at 5 a.m. and I am cuddled in my cozy bed watching the loveliest Christmas morning video! This was very special information because as a child I was enthralled with snow globes so it hit my memory bank in a sweet and special way. Also, this verse in Isaiah is inspiring me to play Handel’s Messiah, so when I start cooking that will fill our home this rainy Christmas morning in New Hampshire with beautiful truths and melodies 🎄♥️👍 Thank you, Jerry, and may you have a wonderful Christmas!
What a wonderful posting! I was fascinated throughout. It was such a pleasure to listen and learn, and I agree with others -- you have a serene, calming voice. It was a lovely melange, topped off by a beautiful, delicious Christmas teatime. Such a treat. Thank you!
You are delightful! I have been participating in the Great Dickens Faire in San Francisco for over 20 years and you are so there!!! Thank you for bringing this back in such a beautiful way. This past year the show was canceled so I did not get my fill of Victorian wonderment. You just gave it back to me. Love Love what you are doing and may the good Lord continue to richly bless you and your family. Rebecca
Such beautiful treasures and the history behind them, thank you for sharing. I have a trio of copper embossed post cards a dear friend found for me in a re-sale shop years ago, a treasure I display from time to time. I like the old movies, Janet Lee in Holiday Affair, Maureen O'Hara in Miracle on 34th Street, Jimmy Stewart in Shop around the corner. I've thoroughly enjoyed all that you shared this holiday season, thank you so much. Wishing you all that's magical this Christmas.
I adore you, your methods, your show, and you calming spirit!!! I am really calmed by your enchanting environment!!! Yehovah's blessings to you and your husband!!!
Enjoyed the historical background on the snow globe! And I am now craving some fruitcake or florentines!! Your videos relax me so wonderfully--the best medicine! God bless you, Jeri. Thank you for being a bright spot in this dark year.
Thank you Jeri for all the happiness and joy you give when I watch your vidéos. I remember the story of the snow globes, like you said, it was during the Universal Exposition of 1878 in Paris, but we have not the names of the 7 masters glassmakers whose snow globes and paperweight had pleased the American commissioners. In France, snow globes started to become fashionable right after the 1889 Paris exhibition, as reproductions of the Eiffel Tower were sold in snow globes. Thank you very much for the gourmet recipes... I wish you a merry Christmas Jeri, for you and family.💖💖💖🌲
Nathanaelle, Good to know the "other side of the story", I couldn't find much information on the French side. (I really wanted to play with the candle and globe of water!)
I love just about all Christmas movies, but mt all time fav is in Spanish called “ Marcelino pan y vino”. It’s very old in black and white although I do believe there’s a new version in color. It’s touching and I cry every single time I see it. God bless Tfs. Diana Romero ❤️🙏🏼😷👵🏼💐
Thank you for this wonderful video! My children pile on the couch with me and we enjoy your videos. I homeschool, and count your videos as part of their education, these videos are so full of history! My children are learning to share my love of antiques and history and you’re helping with that! Also, the scripture at the end of this made me want to cry. God’s word is such an encouragement. Love from our home to yours ❤️ and Merry Christmas!

Loved your ending...God bless and be merry!!!♥️♥️♥️
Your dogs are very attentive, they must have loved the story of Richard the Cat!
Thank you for your adorable and precious videos. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours. 🎄🎄🎄
I just love how you tell a story. It’s so soothing and makes me want to get a cup of tea and just relax and listen. Thank you.
What a delightful video! I enjoyed it very much. Merry Christmas!
Dear Jeri,
Thank you again for the wonderful video and recipes. Yes, the Christmas candle was a very good movie. I really like fruit cake and fruit cookies.
Merry Christmas

Thanks so much for your beautiful videos. Your voice reminds me of my late Aunt Donna. I've been binge watching your videos tonight. They are so soothing and are such a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed this one. 💗🌲🥝🍍🍒🍊🎄
You are so welcome!
Lovely... brings back memories of a long past time that I miss... love all the cooking, animals and stories... thank you
A lovely tea, and may God be with you as well.
Jeri, thank you so much for sharing this video. I LOVED it! Merry Christmas to you and yours, and may God bless you abundantly in the New Year. ❤️
Thank you! You too!
Thank you again for sharing. Time spent with you, remindes me of happy times. I just sit there and listen. No stress no worries.
Kelly, May the Hallelujah Chorus be with you all day, Merry Christmas!
Another beautiful video. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year. 💐💐
Rebecca
Thank you so much! I used to participate in the Dickens Festival every year near Nashville, such fun!
Merry christmas and stay safe in 2021. Also thankyou for letting us into your slice of heaven. Blessed be.
Thank you for a lovely Christmas tea! Merry Christmas, Jeri. Peace be with you.
Excellent content! I remember getting small plastic snow globes as Christmas gifts back in the 1950’s.
Is Mr Landers, joining you and the special friends, for the tea and crumpets?
I love hearing that. And I love home-schoolers, much joy to you and your children!
Thank you Jeri, that was wonderful. Always a fun time to be with you. Merry Christmas. God be with you and continue to bless you and yours...
So magical-loved this and didn’t want to leave-so warm and inviting ! Merry Christmas to you and your family Jeri!
Thank you Jerri and a merry Christmas to you and yours God bless.
Sooo beautiful.... yes that looked like it took a long time to do all of that work!
