Is oil paint already mixed together with wax?

The cold wax is a medium that I mix in with the oil paint as I use it.

where is the wax on that palatte? is it that white blob on top? i am brand new to this and love your videos! so peaceful;) yeah was curious if the colors on the palette already have wax in them
