This is my third bag from Polene, and I’ve only had one of them for a period of time (I’ve had the huit for about 6 or 7 months, now), but I’ve really fallen in love with the company. They really do look so different from any other bags I own - so uniquely structured and sculptural. They’re each like little leather art pieces I can actually wear every day.
Just got this bag last week and I’m IN LOVE! Couldn’t stop touching and looking at it. I work from home so I don’t get to wear it a lot yet. The shipping was super quick for Texas. I received 2 days after it shipped 😍. Love your review, it helped me decided on this for my first Polène bag.

I think it's out of stock until the end of this month. In the meantime, I just ordered the Numero Un Nano in chalk. It's my first Polene bag, and I can't wait to see it in the flesh. Just happened to be I am in to Coach vintage bags. I replaced all my other bags with coach legacy bags. And POLENE the only brand I am interested at the moment and so nice to see you doing unboxing videos about those bags. Love them. I always use those travel size bottles for my tiny handbags and fill with whatever liquid I need to carry. Then chuck them in a pouch in case they leak - we must always protect the inside of our pricey bags. This bag design is exquisite!
I really love my nano but really like the easy open on this one. Makes grabbing my hand sanitizer so much easier. Look forward to seeing a follow on video for this bag ☺️. Just subscribed.

I really want to get the Un or the Neuf but I've read so many negative comments about poor customer service after a purchase is made. I've also read responses from Polene and they just don't instill confidence in me in regards to ease of return or exchange, especially when having to pay for shipping to Spain. I really wish they were sold in US stores so you could see them before buying and return to the store if not satisfied.
Love that brush/mirror combo!💗 You could put the spray in a small ziplock bag to keep it from potentially leaking in the purse. I understand about not wanting to use gels. Sometimes the gels glop out and get on everything. A controlled spray bottle is better application. Plus there are so many nice smelling sprays on the market!
It’s such a cute little brush! It definitely takes up more space than other “compact” brushes, but sometimes it’s a matter of form over function, right? 😜 Seriously though, it’s a great little brush, and considering it has both the detangling-style brush (so much gentler on my hair than standard brushes) AND a mirror, it’s pretty decently sized. And thank you for the advice on the spray sanitizer! I definitely think I’ll be trying that.
@@ShesShoOpinionated If you don't want to use ziplock bags there are some leakproof travel pouches that might suit. Integrating brush and mirror in one device is brilliant. I have a Wet brand folding brush that has a mirror in the handle but I really like the design of yours better. Cheers!

I love this bag but I wish they made a larger version of it. I also would like to see a size in between the Nano and Regular for the Numero Un. The Regular size looks so big and the Nano is so tiny. I think they are all gorgeous but just not that practical for every day use.
Even when stuffed, it's not too heavy, though to be fair, I didn't try packing my Paperwhite in there or anything. I'd say it will be just fine as long as you're being sensible about things.

I am so sorry I missed your comment! At its shortest, the strap is about 28" long with about a 14" drop. It works perfectly as a shoulder bag at that length for me, and I'm about 5'3" / 160cm.

So glad you were able to find me! As for which bag is better, it really depends on what you're looking for. I love the durability of the Un Nano as an EDC. I never worry about it if the weather suddenly turns, and the textured leather is crazy durable. It's also just an incredibly interesting looking bag. The Onze, on the other hand, is absolutely beautiful and so nice to carry. The leather feels amazing, and I think it really dresses up an outfit in a simple, chic kind of way. I do, however, feel I need to baby it a little bit when it rains, and that can be kind of a pain.

Really?! I mean, I guess I can see people just being excited to carry nice bags out and about again. The "fanciest" thing I've seen at the gym where I am, though, was a Longchamp Le Pliage club bag. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

But i notice already a little dent on the bag, I was not really bother but because It was a soft leather, i just wonder if it will hold it shape through time. For now Im still enjoying to seeing it.

I'm so sorry about the dent. 😭 I got mine about a week and a half ago and haven't noticed anything negative so far, but since I switch it my bags pretty often, I probably need a lot more time before I'll see whether this bag shows much wear. That said, I think my Numero Huit is a similar leather (but it is lined in a suede), and it hasn't shown wear after 7 months, so maybe there's hope? Glad you're still able to enjoy it!!

Gosh! I hate living in Canada! Nothing’s available here, and we have to pay exorbitant Duties, Taxes & Shipping, when ordering anything. I have to pay a ridiculous amt of Custom Duties, & Taxes on this bag, if or when I order. Will have to send it to a US address to avoid these extra charges.
