Crystal clear, not too much, not too little.
Demonstrating your process.
For example, for this video on controlnet, including a quick demonstration of posemyart, without attempting to be comprehensive in any way (which would have swamped the video), strikes me as the perfect decision. While it isn't necessary for using controlnet, it's just a natural part of your process. Instead of giving lots of alternatives for how to arrive, say, at preprocessed image, you just show the one you have singled out as your preferred method (or preferred method for most of your use cases).
And when it comes to things that can make me sweat a little, for fear of messing things up, or just not getting them to work, like having to use command windows, you calm and competent way of demonstrating how you do it, and how you deal with unexpected events, automatically makes me feel a little calmer, too 😂

Biggest problem I'm having is converting a painting (that is already colored/painted) into something. Is it better to convert it to black/white line art before doing anything with it?

Hi Laura, Great tutorial that clarifies a lot - I have one issue though which is that when I try and use OpenPose Editor, I can't load an image and if I click the edit option next to the openpose result, I get an error message asking me to download 3D openpose editor.
Additionally, is OpenPose still incompatible with SDXL, since it generates an error message when I try to generate an image with SDXL selected as the checkpoint...?

Hi, I wonder if you can help me out. I have controlnet extension v1.1.4 which seemed to work on stable diffusion even sdxl models. Then through upgrades a second contrlnet appeared on stablediffusion and it is gone now. Since then and now my controlnet complains about matrix mis match and does not work. I use the realistic model you use but no good. YOu think Ineed to go back to your version of 1.1.2, version you are using . Yours seem to be working perfectly. Thanks
