Most medics stick to their textbooks and then few years later when it's wrong just say oh well the text book and the WHO said it was x X X ! Just Nazis! They used to do a similar caught near and cooked near fish specialty by Durbela Dam Ghazi NWFP as you experienced and videoed in Azad Kashmir, have you been there, that's if they still do it. Also there used to be a Good Chappli kebab place in Topi near Ghazi NWFP. Great videos and channel.

Please try gym there for 1 hour daily (weights first, then cardio finishing with CrossFit kettlebell/callisthenics for 30 min (+ plank) . The weight will drop off and you will be feeling way better

1000 don’t last long in Lahore is it. If you go to bit posh restaurants in Lahore you be spending as you spend in England tip for you is use debit card in pakistan and in most places you don’t have to pay 15 percent tax it get reduced to 5% as we are moving towards cashless society too like the rest of the world

Will do, I enjoyed walking around getting the steps in and filming. These videos that I’m doing are blogs/subtle food reviews in them not full on blown food reviews. It’s something I’m sampling and is different to my usual content.
