Hello. Do reusable stainless steel capsules work well with the machine? Original capsules or compatible disposable capsules are not economically viable and too expensive, not varied, and also the whole thing about the synthetic milk in the capsule which is supposed to be a portion of milk for an espresso portion, instead of regular normal milk, it really does not seem good and unnecessary to me. Thanks in advance :)
Hi..there are a.number of reusable pods available, some.metal some plastic. Rhe plastic ones have lids rhe metal.ones often have stickers to put on the top, so. You do have to keep.buying them
Starbucks in SA is more expensive and has 4 less pods???? evil. Original has 16 pods, Starbucks 12. I only buy the Nescafe Original DG pods, Cuppucino instenso is my favourite.
Watched the video. Nothing is mentioned in the very small 'Get me started' booklet or in the video, as to the water- is it hot water or cold water for hot drinks? I put in cold water and nothing happened. No lights red or green. Eventually after waiting for what seemed forever I poured out the cold water, boiled a kettle and put the water into the machine, then it worked. No instructions!!! Also no mention at all of how to use the milk and coffee capsules! That's not an instruction booklet. It's a sorry excuse for one. The video showed the chap putting water into the machine but didn't mention that you had to boil a kettle or possibly wait an hour for the water to be hot enough for a cup of coffee! Hope I can get an answer as to how you will make the booklet and video more clear! Look forward to an answer. Thank you
Hi. The machine boils the water itself. It has 2 functions. Hot water and cold water for iced coffee etc. The lever on the back has 3 positions. Center, left and right. Left and right have red and blue to show hot and cold. The power button when pressed starts the heating process. Red when heading and green when ready to be used. if when you press then power button nothing happens check the power you are connected to, make sure the plug is not, any fuses etc the usual checks
I'm finding that with the pods. Not even filling my small cappuccino mugs
It dripped minimum of 100 drops after the cup was removed…
My machine is not working..pl sends custemer care no.
