I also believe in natural childbirth. It's not true that there is no way to take the pain away. Epidural for someone who can't take the pain is effective and perfectly acceptable. There is no reason to be a martyr!
Epidural doesn’t alway work for everyone. The epidural is great for those who want it, but for those of us who want to try to labor without an epidural these kinds of videos are very helpful! ❤️ I’ve had an epidural and don’t want another one if I can help it.
