As more of the Rock n Roll heroes of my generation are departing this world, it is nice to know that there is great young talent picking up the torch and carrying it to future generations. Not only is there music refreshingly unique, but they are laying a new foundation for how to do music while respecting each other, protecting their own characters and integrity, keeping control of their music....they are blazing some very new trails. Gotta love these ladies.

My problem with modern Americana/blues/sin-sngwrtr is that they always tells that they are fond of good stories or trying to sing good stories, but they are never delivering any. I love the music and the new album tho. It's dope.

They are incredible and have the insite and ability to bring us all along for the ride. They don't have to get hooked on drugs to be able to sing the blues. Thank God for Larkin Poe, showing everyone especially young girls that you can make it to the top, without tearing anything down.
