True Jamaica buzz your right 👉 BRUH, after hearing you talking about concerning this ordeal, I don't know how the road safety in that island, this is sad and tragic here is my thinking those kids should have never been behind the steering wheel if they are under age and not having permissions to be on the streets driving, cause here in the United States we have folks whose license is suspended and still driving, when there pull over they'll be arrested on spot, if you don't have a a learners license and if you have someone who has a license must be in the vehicle no learners are to be alone in any vehicle driving

The schoolboy very stupid fi tek up an carry de tool anywhere. There should be consequences especially as someone got shot. I am sure he is remorseful and deeply troubled by what he did but he does need to be held accountable.
Not knowing the boy's character I don't know what type of invervention would be suitable, tho I don't think prison is the answer.
