Thanks mate they are tough mowers magic eye with good idea but never really worked unless you were cutting short grass. If you want to see how tough these power torque are have a look for a two-part video on my channel me and mate found one one in a paddock and gotta her going😀
It's over revving slightly. Might want to check that the edges of the governor diaphragm are sealing correctly or the inlet manifold o ring needs replacing. This model has the wrong handles as well. The originals were the comfort grip style with the bends at the top. Very good mowers these are but thirsty compared to a four stroke.
Thanks for the tip 👍I had the wrong sping in, it how it sits at a nice 3200rpm and the funny thing is i found it on the side road with on handles bars or carb on it,the ones on it now are a bit too low but the right side for my short ass mum 😀
Still not so bad here, but some parts are getting harder to find, but not as bad as finding parts for British engines still got plenty of them kicking around, but no parts to fixing them
