    Thank you,
Question: What are parameters as mentioned at 4:00?

    please
I hope you can explain the difference between standard and calibration
And can you also explain what a blank is?
But I hope you write the explanation in an easy and simple way
    Sorry to bother you

Blank is actually used to set the zero absorbance in the machine.
For blank we can use Distill water or Reagent blank i.e reagent without sample
For a particular test, reagent blank will be best to use.
      Thank You

Does the result using calibrator is more accurate than standard because it has the same matrix as the sample?
For example why in urea test (berthelot) calibrator is used instead of standard ?
It would be awesome if you help me with my question
Thank you for your useful video

It is better to use calibrator instead of standard, but at the same time test such as urea which has wide reference value in which small fluctuation in result doesn't matter can use any of either std or calibrator

@@SarojJungKunwar thank you for answering ! It meant a lot!
I have another question about the urea test (berthelot)
Why in kits of the test there are 2 different reagents and we have to mix it to make a working reagent? Why they don't make a prepared working reagent? Does NADH reaction with something and makes the reagent unusable?
I'd be so happy if you could help me with this
I'm sorry if I'm bothering you with my questions

@@user-ds4rm6tp9r It is to increase the stability of reagent, they should be stored isolated
