Tower Records on E. 4th St. was THE goto center for vinyl, cassettes and VHS videos in the Village. Sometimes even recording artists played there as well. Now it's one of many victims of streaming broadband technology.
Even if it’s a gloomy day you made east village bright! And so our days... thanks for sharing this to us Julien! So looking forward for the next video 💙💙🌇💙
when I visited NYC for the first time, I had booked an AirBNB in east village. I originally didn't really know what to expect, but I absolutely loved my stay. East village is such an amazing part of this city.
Great East Village walking tour Julien, welcome back! The first walking tour for a long time was a tour to remember because of a contrast of the East Village. Protesters in Washington' Square Park very close to orange McLaren for example. Cool sport car, isn't it my friend?😉 And this contrast is one of many there. Eleanor Roosevelt's House is a very close to WSP. This landmark looks gorgeous outside and inside. Thanks for the tour my friend. Keep on walking! 🇫🇷✨❤ P.S. Forgot to say. March is a month of my birthday. Mark your calendar on March 20th! 😉✨🥂
💫This video brings me back to my childhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. The metal doors to the cellars, the fire escapes, the ground air vents, pigeons, small stores and shops. New York is the greatest city in the world and country. Why? because New York has preserved the past of what our ancestors built while adding new modern buildings as some cities tore down to make room for new ones. I enjoyed the video and I love New York !! Thanks Julien. 💫👋
Bonjour Julien, thank you, thank you for letting me be part of your East Village Walk, if only virtually i enjoyed it before going to bed. There seems to be a small Ukrainian Community on East 9th Street Solidarity with Ukraine 🇺🇦❤️🇺🇦, this my top priority at the Moment. But something else: When i'm in New York i really want to visit a jewish Synagogue to light a Candle there, it's a Matter close to my Heart. Your todays Walk through the East Village had your typical, correct and detailed Way of showing the City as it is, not always beautiful but still lovable. Thanks for that, Your Friend Wolfgang from Hamburg Germany 🇺🇲🇨🇵🇩🇪❤️🇺🇦
Great video. I like how you stop and investigate.

Thank you for great sharing my friend
