Ok, so, at first, seeing a Nightcore of this song with a Madoka Magica picture popping up on my recomded made me cringe a little, but then, I realized that its actually kind of genius. Like, imagine remaking the iCarly opening with Madoka Magica moments, but with this nightcore version, and then using that on an Abridged Madoka Magica series that focuses on poking fun at how sadistically dark the story is contrast to what it presents at first!
Well yes, I almoat always get copyright. That's why if you want to gain something from nightcore you should consider having patreons. But since I don't care about money from my work, it doesn't bother me
Usually when you use copyrighted material the legal owner will be able to either let your video remain public and take all the money from the automatic ads or make your video unavailable in one or more countries or platforms. Strikes only happen when you are getting money from something that is under copyright. A good thing to do is to always add a disclaimer under your videos about not owning the rights for the material you used, and stating that you are doing a "fair use". You can find the disclaimer in the description box of this video RZ
