Thanks! Today is my birthday and my family don’t seem to care. I know it’s stupid but I expected them to at least want to spend the day with me. I made plans with them to go to my favorite place but they didn’t show up so I had to go and have my birthday meal by myself. I felt worthless, unloved and lonely. This helped me realize that I can’t expect others to show me a good time, to get me gifts or make me feel special. I can expect myself to do those things but I can’t control others. I imagined something and blamed them when it didn’t happen. I’m feeling so much better now, and ready to pamper myself today. I don’t feel unloved anymore despite their lack of attention, it’s just the way it is. Not expecting anything for my next birthday that’s for sure! I’m grateful for the good wishes and hugs, that’s more than enough. Thanks again! Expectations hurt.

This video came just after me having a convo with my teenager about an expectation I had and it all went sideways and I kinda know better lol anyways this video presenting now moments after is just magical. Timeless clearly! So so thankful I feel so at peace again. ❤️

Has anyone felt this that after clearing some major accumulations you instantly start seeing better? Bright colours? I ran the statement a couple of times and opened my eyes. The video looks ultra HD. Love, Dain 🕊🙏

Got a query..... what if a colleague of mine at work has unprofessional conduct and behaviour which affects the integrity of the whole team (i work in sales for a Tech firm), isnt it but natural that i would expect, project and judge him, i mean how can i have no point of view when his behaviour affects us the whole day (he was finally fired by the management). the point is it stressed me and others a lot for 6 months, how differently could i have handled it? and there are few others in my personal life too, whom i just disassociated and it helped, but at work i couldnt. Point is with due respect to them they too are children of the Universe, if they dont accept what is missing in their being, then transformation or even change seems impossible.
P.S. I love access consciousness, did the bars course a year back. Benefited a lot. Exploring the access consciousness tools, and playing the game redefining my relationship with money to shift frm lack to abundance. Love you for who you are being Dr. Dain.

Hi Dain, I had a dream last night about exactly this and here you are talking about it as I let RUclips choose something Access Consciousness for me to ponder and take action on today. I am loving this so much. Wondering if you had a video that talked about the difference between no expectations, but also setting boundaries and consequences, especially for children. I have seen that as I raised my children I had a point of view that if they loved me then they would contribute to maintaining the house, for example doing their chores and keeping at least the public areas clean. Didn't mind so much about their own bedrooms. I usually ended up just doing it all myself anyway, meanwhile judging them and myself. I think this has been a big barrier to my expansion in relationship. I don't have many expectations of others, but also don't trust them to follow through or know how to give consequences. It is easier to just remain small and do everything myself.
