If you dont want to spend materials to build a fusion generator just do the power plant mission (killing enemies and fixing all the pipes and machines) and it will generate 100 power for you. (if after fixing the power plant it does not start the fusion core processor its a bug, sometimes it fixes if you try placing a small generator beside it)
Just run through the Nuka plant. There are up to 3 full fusion cores that can spawn. Run it and then go pickup your burnt books to reset your loot and change worlds. It's faster and no threat of PVP
@@CVM_ you can reset the worlds loot by collecting 200 items. There's a red and white house in Summerville that has a couple hundred burnt books. If you want to farm a specific location you travel to Summerville after your farming run. Loot all the books and log out. When you log back into a new world your world loot like items in chests and items inside instanced buildings will be reset. This is a quick farming method for specific things. For example if you want to farm springs in Sugar Creek from the clip board and then reset the instance to loot it again
@@maknel5113 yes, but you have to create a "new" private world. Once you leave a private world I believe there is a 15 minute timer before your old private world will be deleted and a new one can be created. I like to farm a spot in public, reset, and switch to private. Then I would farm in private, reset, and switch to public etc
Also i picked up from the atomic shop the wireless fusion reactor. It comes with small, med, and large wireless generators as well. Its great not having to connect wires from them. Has large radius as well. Will be good to use one of them at the plants to power the fusion core generators machines. My major concern is defending the plants once claimed. Im only level 43 and have railway rifle, gatling gun basic and just got the 50 cal machine gun. But ive heard that sometimes scorched beasts attack your claimed plants and i wouldn't stand a chance against them lol. Ill try it in private server 1st and see what happens lol
I subbed hoping you could answer a question. I was given a bunch of fusion cores and have a t45 full set BA. Im also a fallout 1st. Im only at level 43. I have the fusion c ore recharger which is great for when u find cores out and about that are low. I put 3 cores in my inventory that were at full power and can see while im in my ba theres 3. And when one gets used up it says 2 etc. My concern is when i go to recharge the ones that were used up that should be in my inventory as empty are gone!? When i got down to one core i went to go recharge the other 2 they were not in my inventory. They dont show up when i interact with the charger its like they just disappeared. Is this normal? Do the cores only stay in my inventory until they are completely depleted then disappear? There there if there low but the ones that got completely drained completely are not. Any input would be helpful. Thank you and great videos you make.
It is also very cheap and you can buy it with the tokens you get after purchasing the full game, more so if you get First. It was the first thing I got, even before I had all the armor parts of my power armor.
Yes but I didn’t want to encourage new plays to just spend money on the atomic shop immediately before they know if they love the game enough to buy first.
I include that in this video but didn’t want it to be the main focus. I wanted to show them a free mechanic instead of encouraging them to and spend money on it.
Great guide mate!. My little tip is: Crafting and then scraping Gatling Lasers is another way to farm cores. Especially if you've got the Super Duper perk on and it gives you extra Gatling Laser Guns to scrap!

I did this built the gen and almost immediately got raided by level 1432 💀
Same, it's annoying
Thank you I was waiting for this. I really appreciate you giving directions and not just a location a map.
I did that because I was once you haha. I also couldn’t figure out where the heck I was going and had to just wing it. I appreciate you stopping by!

I would agree but I would also say that even PVP is very low risk lol
Hey new player here, what does pick up your burnt books mean? But I may try this plus I have the recharger thanks.

Does that work for private worlds?

I’m new to Fallout and this helps out a lot thank you so much. 🐐
Happy to help!
An easy thing I do is go to player vendors with ammo for sale and a lot of them have fusion cores for sale from 10 caps up ❤
I really need to start selling stuff at my vendor again lol

@@BarbsVault I left the comment before I got to that part of the video lol but I don’t delete comments
You need more than one. Who want to keep running back to the charger?
I've been playing since beta, and always thought that I had to get the power plant working to use fusion core machine. Thank you
I don’t exactly see the notes for the generator
For the fusion generator? You should be able to buy it at the white spring. I don’t believe it gets taken out of rotation at the free states vendors.
I was told you gotta hit level 30 to unlock the plans for fusion generator at White springs mall.
Earning the Atoms to get the charge is really easy. Just play the game and you will earn them.
True if you’re playing the scoreboard
I don’t see the plan for the fusion core
You don’t need plans for a fusion core to farm them from those locations
Do not do any of this just go do expeditions and equip a gatling laser before you extract and you will get 4 guaranteed cores ez pz
This is geared towards new players who probably aren’t doing expeditions

I’ve never even thought of that!
Where can I get plans?
@@jontay4199 I believe you can buy it from the brotherhood vendor in the white spring
@@BarbsVaultare they pricey to craft?
