    I like this add on. how about cloud based sculptor? i gues they are not yet on the same level... I have heard that cloud is the future, what about your package then? will be somehow embedded into solidworks cloud platform?

    This is awesome. Can you go back and edit the sub D body after converting it to a solid if you need to make changes?

      Yes, that is the great advantage over traditional surface modeling techniques. You can make changes and it will not blow apart.

    Power Surfacing 6 is very difficult to shell or thicken

    • @heshamashraf936
      @heshamashraf936 3 года назад +2

      On the contrary, it is the best and fastest Add-in software in these two things.
      Solidworks sometime can't thicken parts and give an error,
      But power shell is not.

      @@heshamashraf936 powershell takes a long time to shell and thicken,and the surface it create is poor quality. Power Surfacing 6 has many great functions,but Freestyle in Creo 7 is much better in these two things.

      @@yeasuitea4928 you have ability to control the quality from the side menu.

      yea suitea _That would depend upon the suitability of a model for shelling or thickening at a given offset._
      _Considerations like _*_small radii of curvature, absorbed faces, singularities and cusps_*_ are often overlooked._
      _SolidWorks is generally quick at shelling and thickening when the aforementioned irregularities are addressed._

    First you should rotate the part in all direction and show what you are going to do.
