    Could you guys recommend really spicy spicy noodle in Malaysia? We are more than just excited to try XD

    • @shapit1019
      @shapit1019 7 лет назад +14

      I love spicy food but there is no noodles that is spicier than korean samyang in malaysia. But there is a noodle called bakso which is act from indonesia but quite popular in malaysia. The soup is clear and is not spicy but u can make it spicy by putting the cili padi which is mixed with kicap(sweet soy sauce). Not sure about how they eat it in other places. Hope u guys will try it :)

      Blimey 블라이미 a lot of spicy noodle in malaysia were cook with cili padi. So we dont have specific spicy noodle u juz ask them to make a spicy noodle like spicy fried noodle or usually we serve noodle soup with. cili padi soy sauce. Or chili paste.

      Spicy noodles:
      Curry laksa (different states have different variations of curry broth)
      Assam laksa (Penang Air Itam is THE place to go)
      Hokkien mee(penang)/prawn mee (kl) - same dish with different names in different parts of malaysia
      Other non-spicy noodles
      Char kuay teow (fried rice-noodles- Penang)
      Hokkien mee (kl)
      Wanton mee (different from hong kong version)
      Pan mee
      Noodles in malaysia aren't as spicy as in korea. But since you love coconut milk in curry, i would also highly recommend fish head curry, all the peranakan curries, banana leaf rice, rendang, nasi dagang, nasi kerabu

It is of Negeri Sembilan origin. In Malay, it is called "Gulai Lemak Daging Salai" For your information, different states in Malaysia will have its own special dish and also of different ethnic/race/culture background. Chili padi that you eat the most important thing to us who eat spicy food. Some people eat that with fruits such as mango & guava. They make the chili padi as their sauce and mix with the soy sauce & then eat. You can blend the chili as well before mix with the soy sauce. Yassss 😂 🔥 . Btw , gomabseubnida. naneun hangug-indo salanghanda. (am i saying this right) ? still learning, Joesong haeyo 😂 . I love korean people too 😘

    If ever you see Nasi Dagang on a menu somewhere, try it. It's quite underrated even in Malaysia. It's essentially brown rice with tuna curry. Both the rice and tuna are very chewy, and the whole thing is just so fragrant and delicious.

    Try nasi lemak, roti canai and char kue tiow. You gotta try asam laksa, masak lemak cili api (a spicy yellowish stew), asam pedas (a spicy reddish fish stew), chinese chicken rice,...... if i were to list malaysian delicacies it will take forever!
