I love spicy food but there is no noodles that is spicier than korean samyang in malaysia. But there is a noodle called bakso which is act from indonesia but quite popular in malaysia. The soup is clear and is not spicy but u can make it spicy by putting the cili padi which is mixed with kicap(sweet soy sauce). Not sure about how they eat it in other places. Hope u guys will try it :)
malaysian noodles not so spicy..but everything eat with sambal cili padi or sambal kicap will become spicy..like soup noodle with sambal kicap...perrgh!! terangkat!!
Blimey 블라이미 a lot of spicy noodle in malaysia were cook with cili padi. So we dont have specific spicy noodle u juz ask them to make a spicy noodle like spicy fried noodle or usually we serve noodle soup with. cili padi soy sauce. Or chili paste.
Spicy noodles: Curry laksa (different states have different variations of curry broth) Assam laksa (Penang Air Itam is THE place to go) Hokkien mee(penang)/prawn mee (kl) - same dish with different names in different parts of malaysia Other non-spicy noodles Char kuay teow (fried rice-noodles- Penang) Hokkien mee (kl) Wanton mee (different from hong kong version) Pan mee Noodles in malaysia aren't as spicy as in korea. But since you love coconut milk in curry, i would also highly recommend fish head curry, all the peranakan curries, banana leaf rice, rendang, nasi dagang, nasi kerabu
Yes we ate those chillies. Haha we made those chillies into paste and we cooked it with prawns or anchovies or squids or fish or chicken haha. We called it sambal :-) I realllllyyyy love any type of sambal! 😁
Yeah we did eat that type of chilli. Like in Malaysia there is a thing called sambal tumis/ sambal belacan where we put tons of the chilli in it .btw thank you for interested in Malaysian food and culture 🙆🏻
and yes people from malaysia eat that chili ... our grandparents use to eat the spiciest chili padi with rice .. like a bite of chili padi and a bite of rice
We do eat cili padi, almost all the time. And laksa, actually we have many types of laksa like laksa Johor, Sarawak, Penang and she others. It's basically laksa from different state in malaysia. Maybe you guys can try out nasi lemak, satay, Rendang chicken/beef , hokkien mee, roti canai, Penang char kuey teow, nasi Kandar, nasi kerabu, rojak , cendol and etc. If u wanted to try real authentic Malaysia, best to come Malaysia and try out yourself! 😊😊
We did put that chilies in our dish but not all can bear eating it raw. Cheyyene chili pepper is among the chillies that we use in our dish. And it is super spicy :)
I have those cili burung tree all around the house..birds like it.. thats why we name it cili burung or in english bird eyes chilli. those chillies necessary in most of our home cooking.
This Chili Padi we cut it into slices and put it into all the food you imagine...burgers, ramens, plain white rice, noodles, herbal soup and you name it etc etc...
I cant eat spicy but i really love to add chilli padi to my food and endure the pain afterwards 😂😂 I really love the reaction in this video. You guys are so pure and so honest. New subscriber here!
it is lovely you guys like to try out Malaysian food/cuisine.. believe me.. if you try one of Malaysian fav smoked-beef-cooked in hot chilly-tumeric-coconut milk, I bet you all will be in awe of the delicious creamy and hot taste. It is of Negeri Sembilan origin. In Malay, it is called "Gulai Lemak Daging Salai" For your information, different states in Malaysia will have its own special dish and also of different ethnic/race/culture background. Do come to Malaysia
Chili padi that you eat the most important thing to us who eat spicy food. Some people eat that with fruits such as mango & guava. They make the chili padi as their sauce and mix with the soy sauce & then eat. You can blend the chili as well before mix with the soy sauce. Yassss 😂 🔥 . Btw , gomabseubnida. naneun hangug-indo salanghanda. (am i saying this right) ? still learning, Joesong haeyo 😂 . I love korean people too 😘
If ever you see Nasi Dagang on a menu somewhere, try it. It's quite underrated even in Malaysia. It's essentially brown rice with tuna curry. Both the rice and tuna are very chewy, and the whole thing is just so fragrant and delicious.
Junsu is so funny ㅋㅋㅋㅋ come to malaysia and try our food. recommended destination would be Penang, a food heaven. And we have variety races here, mainly Malay, Chinese and Indian. So there are many food to try from each race. Try nasi lemak, roti canai and char kue tiow. You gotta try asam laksa, masak lemak cili api (a spicy yellowish stew), asam pedas (a spicy reddish fish stew), chinese chicken rice,...... if i were to list malaysian delicacies it will take forever! Just go to a night market or as we call it pasar malam to grab a variety of delicious snacks and kuih. You will never ever regret it!!!
