Glad to see a new video. I've been here in Thailand for about four and a half years now, and frankly, you just can't beat the cost of living. I think about heading back home from time to time, but where in the U.S. can you be moved into your own apartment for less than $2,000? It's just so cheap out here, it makes sense to stay.

the footage is sharp, man! The stabilisation is a bit worse than it was, but the bokeh is nice. What camera is it? Canon like you wanted?

Just the old m50 with a sigma telephoto prime 1.4. I was too lazy to use the gimbal. Next time gimbal. Bokeh is just better and worth the extra effort!

The sexy beast is back, now in Thailand. I can understand how you would miss Asia after having lived there for so long ever as a perennial foreigner. At least Bangkok is very welcoming to the "farang" which is part of the reason why I miss that place.

    Yo Yo,
Just watched it again, great editing. Cool day to evening progression. Good sense of life there and the vibe. Calf stretcher for the win! Nice 5 minute escape for me. Also appreciate your honesty, life does get crazy sometimes with family and expectations. We all get that red light flashing sometimes. But hey, literally- who doesn't like Thailand. If it weren't for certain commitments I'd be back to Asia in second. ABC bux and ABC lifestyle so much better than average living in the west. Good luck and I'll keep watching!

@@CasaFassa Well, I hope you figure it all out! Sounds like a rough situation with the folks as well, those things are always complicated. Financial stability and career growth are great things, but for most people it's not enough.. And I'm not sure how stable it really is at the end of the day.

I love Bangkok, I recommend checking out Cambodia too, it has it's ups and downs compared to Thailand... though, i honestly prefer Thailand... it's way easier to get around lol, Cambodia and Vietnam have so few sidewalks and no trains.
