notification bell is genius to me. I hate the way Android displays notifications on the lock screen. even though you can disable it I think the notification Bell is good option
i agree it also seems better to me but we seem to be in the minority regarding this case, i saw a guy in the zte forums who said he canceled his pre order because he saw this review and didnt like the notification bell

+Mugi Ruffy Go watch some comparisons with the Oneplus 3, they seem to be near enough on part with each other but when they come under load the Axon's performance drops off enormously compared to the Oneplus 3

Performance does indeed come first and yes the Oneplus 3 speaker is not the best though they've improved it with each update

yes the huawei p9 one plus 3 and xioami mi5 they name it editors choice because they recommend these phones and are great phones
Well smartphones are so much better nowadays and such a big channel like this one wouldn't risk time and resources into testing and reviewing a likely disappointing product.
There is no perfect smartphone, so it is accetable

This is most definitely gonna be my new phone. Sorry Oneplus, but the 1440p screen is needed!
my phone has a 720p 5 inch screen
Pentile Matrix is clearly visible at 1080p 5.5". It's even noticeable on Samsung's S4 and S5 at even higher ppi. If you're sensitive to it (like me) you should stick with QHD.
1440p is overrated as fuq. 1080 is more than enough for everyone. this high res screens are just battery killer

My best phone of 2016. Regarding audio, this has the same dac chip which is used in the $3000+ Astell & Kern 380 DAP. So probably one of the best phones for listening Hi-res audio with the V10 & HTC 10

ihara villalobos Axon has 2 dac chips as well, but the other one is dedicated for the speakers. Probably the first phone 2 have 2 separate DACs for Headphone out & speakers?

Only thing lacking is the night shots. We finally got a near perfect phone at a decent price. The Galaxy S7 is fantastic, but the speakers are awful compared this this device.

I think most reviews leave aside audio quality. Come on, you should test the audio system with something better than an 8 dollar headphones! (most people will listen to music using headphones). I'm talking audio technica m50x and up

He recorded the screen then showed the video footage on the phone. You can see the recorder icon in the top left corner of the screen. Reviewers do that trick a lot to show performance without hiding the phone from the camera with their hands.

want higher resolution screen, better dac, better speaker, better warranty, more accessory for the budget, go with axon 7 :3 all depended on your personality choice
That information is pretty outdated. The LBS videos are quite possibly untrustworthy as well as it having the wrong version of the phone. The international version of the phone has a lighter skin from the Chinese version. The battery life, software, and performance are quite possibly more comparable now. The camera could have been improved also (most other reviews did not show the green tint that the LBS videos had). I still think you can't go wrong with either phone. OP3 still has a much stronger community support behind it.

Excellent review very thorough hit all the right spots. I've been going back and forth about letting go of my note 5 for a 6p or axon 7 but after this video Im definitely going axon 7. My note 5 is just to sluggish now and the battery is abysmal.

Nah I wouldn't say it's better than a s7 but it's definitely one of the bests this year.

+Dc vs Marvel if you use headphones, the zte doesn't just edge over the S7, it destroys it. Speaker wise, it is certainly more favorable as well. The axon 7 kills the HTC 10 and v10 in audio quality too

Tapping a notification bell is not annoying, it`s a great idea from my point of view... and fingerprint reader as shuter key is GREAT!! Love it.
There is something wrong. How can it be so cheap. A good camera, A 2K screen, Dolby Atmos sound and two noise cancelling microphones, A 8mp selfie cam , A great build with metal , a super fast finger print reader and so on
