Best of luck getting your private certificate! Feel free to post a comment here if you have a question or two that you need answered. I’d be happy give an answer in a video. Fly safe!
After my Private Pilot and Instrument one thing I do is take advantage of a member of the club that is a CFI/CFII who is collecting hours for ATP and we go and fly and split the time - win win for both of us.
Man, 11 years and 5000 hours later and I'm still not finished my first logbook, and it looks the same size! Can't wait to get onto my next one. Nice video btw.
Good info! I'm about check ride ready and to say I'm hard my self with mistakes is an understatement. I honestly thought at this point I'd be better. Thanks for some insight!
Great video, Sir! I needed to hear this, big time. I’m currently at my xc stage and every time my instructor corrects something that I missed, it kills me.
Great timing for the video to pop up on my feed! I just got my PPL a week ago, and I'm looking to make my first flight this Thursday. These days I started feeling nervous about the long way to the CPL, but I loved something you said here: "It's not about hours in a logbook, it's about experience in the air". Thanks for the tips.
I just passed CPL today. You can do it! CPL requires time building so you will have time for fun flights to new places and can look forward to it after completing IR.
This is a great channel. Student pilot here, so this is all very helpful. Big thanks.

@@NathanBallardSaferFlying Thanks! I definitely will pick your brain when something comes up.

I don’t know how this showed up in my feed or how I watched it, but I soloed in N73924 at LZU! Haha.

#10 is true whether you’re a student pilot or a crusty veteran. We all make mistakes. Debrief, learn, and move on! Swelling will only make it worse
