I've always admired Korean basketball, and numerous times Korea has dealt the Philippines heartbreak after heartbreak on the international stage. Their pinpoint passing and deadly outside shooting always gave our team fits. Philippines always had so many talents, but we lacked the system the Koreans had in playing ball. There would always be articles suggesting we send coaches to learn the Korean system of basketball. I'm now glad to see our team now playing more organized basketball after we changed the coach of our national team. Before, it was more dribbling and isolation plays.
@@aquahjGutang wasn't in the national team before, but the way he's playing, he's certainly going to get in after the veterans will inevitably be replaced in time. For now however, Gutang isn't National Team yet.
According to the KBL rules, you need to be a pure asian to be consider as asian import. Maybe you need so read the rules before dropping a nonsense comment. Just by his looks and his surename, even a middle schooler can tell that he is a pure filipino.

지금 kbl에서 뛰고 있는 필리핀 선수들은 국대급, 그러니까 하이레벨 선수들입니다. 그동안 부진으로 교체된 선수들도 있다는 사실을 간과했네요.
