20 Minute Yoga For Strength

  • This is a 20 minute flow class for all levels that will challenge your strength and flexibility. This full-body yoga practice adds variations to the standing and balancing yoga poses to help build strength.

    I'm traveling now and couldn't bring both a book and a block. So, the massive hardcover "Covenant of Water" was my block today. Felt very sweet to rest my head on some words. Thanks for the class, Tim.

    I agree, the block as a pillow did not work! 😅 Glad to be back after missing a few days. I'm planning to repeat the challenge in February!😊

    So slow, yet so strong 😊 I will feel it in my legs tomorrow.

    I'm partial to relatively controlled environments for these classes, so much thanks for this one. Nevertheless, user mileage varies, and one can't always please everyone so I try to be like water: take the form required of me at the tome without losing my essential characteristics.

    Loving this challenge. Love the channel. Great joined about 10 days into the challenge I think ?? I hurt my neck so won't be able to do this challenge today but will do one if the breath work classes so I don't miss a day on the mat. Looking forward to being a member. Greetings from Whippany NJ. Dark. Gloomy. Cold. Yoga keeps my vibrations high and is so very effective to stave off the SAD symptoms. The darker days of winter can be a challenge but I've found solutions. Thank you Tim for your instruction. Learning so much

    When I read yoga for strength, I was hoping for a couple of push ups, planks, and core exercises. But they never came :( . Not what I was expecting, felt more like a flow.
