- This is a 20 minute flow class for all levels that will challenge your strength and flexibility. This full-body yoga practice adds variations to the standing and balancing yoga poses to help build strength.

Loving this challenge. Love the channel. Great joined about 10 days into the challenge I think ?? I hurt my neck so won't be able to do this challenge today but will do one if the breath work classes so I don't miss a day on the mat. Looking forward to being a member. Greetings from Whippany NJ. Dark. Gloomy. Cold. Yoga keeps my vibrations high and is so very effective to stave off the SAD symptoms. The darker days of winter can be a challenge but I've found solutions. When I read yoga for strength, I was hoping for a couple of push ups, planks, and core exercises. But they never came :( . Not what I was expecting, felt more like a flow.
