John, THANK YOU for this informative video! I admire and appreciate your warm and welcoming demeanor. I almost can't believe that this video has less than 1K likes but then again, I am aware that many consumers are sleeping😵💫😴IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP😬
Awesome Video!!. Regarding cease and desist lettter. Is it possible to add verbiage to stop reporting on credit reports. If the debt collector has been reporting such collection account.
Thank you! The cease and desist letter cannot prevent them from credit reporting. But if you put that you dispute the debt, and it is updated withOUT marking it as disputed, then you can sue under the FDCPA -- Section 1692e(8). ruclips.net/video/dd-vWH12zMc/видео.html Best wishes!
For cease communication does that mean they have to stop reporting to credit report since that would be communicating indirectly letting me know every time you check your credit report you allegedly owe them? Or are they still able to report to credit reports and just not by mail/phone?
It's hard to for me to believe that a judge would rule that any self respecting lawyer was "tricked" by a layman. Usually it's the other way around. Did a lamb ever eat a wolf?
