See My 30-Day High Frequency Wand Acne Journey Results

Hi Friends! Excited to share my 30 day journey using the High Frequency Wand(HFW) to combat acne. I struggled with persistent acne for yearssss. Went on every prescribed medicine from my Dermatologist and at this point in my life, I dont want to keep popping pills to control my acne, I want to figure out how to heal my acne holistically. I tried the high frequency wand in a facial in Houston, and saw benefits so decided to try it at home.
I tested out the HFW for 30 days and share my daily/weekly progress along the way. Tips that worked for me:
- at week 2, i started using the Argon gas which i think has made a huge difference! If you’re looking to get the wand, recommend getting the argon call
- I also tried Red Light Therapy, but didnt see much help so i stopped recording the progress on that
- Less stress, clean eating, and spearmint tea helped with me!

I just got mine in the mail and has a prop 65 label on the back which means cancer causing does yours have that too?? I bought the same one!
