  • How we breathe is a reflection of our state of being. Nasal breathing when the mouth is closed for both the inhale and exhale can act as a neural switch to get you out of survival mode (fight or flight) and into what your everyday baseline should be, rest and digest.
    Spend 1 minute breathing in and out through your nose, let your tongue rest on the roof of your mouth (if you swallow your tongue will go to its natural resting position) and see if you feel any better.
