Thank you for all the support on this video! Currently hard at work on Part 2 : "The Rise of Hacker Culture", which will be covering the 80s/90s period in hacking.
If you'd like a sneak peak of part 2, join the Discord! discord.com/invite/WkbvfXhuZa
Will also be posting updates on my twitter (X?) account: twitter.com/IntrnetUndrgrnd
Looking forward to part 2
Some of the people I see trying to get into Offensive Security and hacking don't even appreciate the history of this stuff and I find it so fascinating that hacking brings in computer nerds and artists alike. Something that seems so disconnected in common culture these days.
I mean have you seen the architecture of modern processors? If that's not artwork I don't know what is.
Bro dropped the hardest hacker edit as intro and thought we wouldn't notice
I thought everyone in the scene knew this stuff. How wrong I was when I asked people in the scene still. I always forget that scene is all Young people who wernt even born till the 2000's. There are very few older (meaning 28 or up) still willing to risk there freedom for cash. If you own the skills to do coding and rev engineering then staying in that scene for a long time just put's a bigger and bigger target on your back to the FBI. I wouldn't go on hackforums in today's day and age without protection or any site's that have black hat people running and claiming to run them. If you post illegal stuff on a website like that and live in any NATO country. All I got to say is knock knock.
Bro really made a video of a-million-subscribers quality, and thought we wouldn't notice
I remember reading the hackers manifesto in the early 90s as a child. Blew my mind and i swore to dedicate my life to hacking.
So did you?
I keep some manifestos on my personal projects
Great video, glad you dipped into phreaking which is overshadowed by modern techniques but such a fascinating part of tech history. Can't wait for part 2.
as a offsec engineer and ethical hacker....i just wanna say thanks
Great work, looking forward to the series.
i seen you on the television!
Holy crap this is really high quality for a small channel like this. You're gonna blow up soon, my man.
there is not enough fun hacking essays on here. It’s only hard knowledge videos, or cringy AF “darknet” videos.
I wanna relax at night and watch something fun man!
just noticed the other videos… where have you been this whole time I searched for these types of videos often
when you get a million subs i'll still be here, this is some quality content
Subscribed so when this channel goes big I can say I was here from the start.
How does this guy have so few subscribers? Amazing documentary piece! Can't wait for part 2.
This is an insane well written and well produced piece of media. Keep up the good work and you get really big I swear
Dope vid. Production quality is great too!
As someone who is just getting into coding and tech I just gotta say, I loved this. Keep up the good work dude I can't wait for part two
thx for RUclips suggesting me this content ❤
Really love the style and edit on this. This is excellent work and I love the info! Excited to see the next part and your future projects. 👍🏻
i would never tell that someone with so little subs can make a film edit like that, im impressed and hope to see more of your work!
This channel is so underrated
that’s the most underrated video I’ve seen on yt
Dude, love it! Great job! I hope more people get to see this and that you succeed in a big way :)
I found this video super fascinating -- had no idea about how when or where the hacking culture started and evolved. Truly interesting and very easy to follow and understand even for people like me who had little to no knowledge about cybersecurity, hacking etc.
Absolutely superb video man, content and production. Really good video series idea too mate, can’t wait for part two!
Fantastic video, I work in Information Security and learned a couple of things from this. I grew up reading about phreaking as it was losing relevance, sad to say I did not have the knowledge to do a phreaking challenge at a CTF recently.
the best thing i've watched today, good for you bro!!
I’m glad I came across your channel! Keep making videos like this please! Love the topic!
Nice work, interested to see where you go.
1.6k
Nice job, keep it up ! Waiting for the next episode
Great new gem of a channel, keep it up!
this is such a fantastic well-made video!! thank you so much for sharing and creating
Awesome! You just gained yourself a new follower! Can't wait for part 2!
Everyone shits on the movie Hackers, but it was fantastic.
It exposed so many kids (like myself) to the world.
Yes, the hacking portrayed in the movie is absolute bullshit, but no one wants to go to a movie to watch people run line after line of code.
When you accept that fact, Hackers becomes a much more palpable movies that has rightfully become a cult classic.
Johnny Lee Miller was my hero when I was a teen, and Angelina Jolie helped define the type of women I'm into.
Short hair is sexy, crazy clothes are awesome, and intelligence is hotter than anything else.
One of my all time favs!
I hope you get famous for all your hard work!
Beautiful video
great video! loved how you added movies and books references, inspired me!
Great underrated video!
Yay 🙂Love it ! Make part 2. How can we get young people interested in technology again ?
Amazing video! Surprised that you don't have more subscribers
one of the best story telling shot videos that i have seen in my life, cant w8 4 part 2
Not the first video I watched on hacker culture and its origin. I like the energy you bring to it nice work
Superb video and history. Subscribed.
This video is amazing can't wait for the next one
you are super underrated
This is really good and interesting stuff. Can't wait for the next video.
Incredible!
The movie The Matrix would also just not be itself without phreaking.
While other hacker movies has 3d cubes floating around, The Matrix has analog hacks inside (and outside) a perfectly digital world. Brilliant.
Great video!
well done mate
great editing! ive never seen a new channel have quality of million subscriber channel. great video!
Thank you for such a kind comment! Editing is my favorite part of content creation. I struggle with the writing aspect more than anything tbh. Trying to improve on that front so I can get these videos out faster!
@@InternetUnderground The video was perfect, I really enjoyed it!
This video is awesome
How the heck do you only have 1.1k subs?
I fw this heavy
Please Please post the part 2 soon Please
Working on it now! Will be covering the 80's and 90's. :)
Didn’t know Tony Hinchcliffe liked hacker culture

Knowing those guys created spacewar makes sense now

This video is _far too short_ for this subject. Good though.
Was originally going to be a 40+ min vid hahaha - now splitting into three parts. Will def miss some things here or there but the hope is to make these easy to consume. Thanks for watching!
Muy real, gracias por realizarlo.

Those all happened in the 80’s, stay tuned for part 2!
You get a sub from me sir
1986 😂🤣 The term "hacker" has been redefined. Real hacker culture goes back to MIT of the 1950s and originally had nothing to do with pen testing.
this man hacks
Hah, the random Putin mask for black hat hackers.
If it was invented it would have been called D.A.R.P.A net..... Well it kinda is that today...
wheres bitconneeeect!?
Us losers with computers are winning over the six figures that win the expensive hearts.... Who's the winner now jockstraps?
Actually so cringe
I'm just gonna sub right now, like a pre-order. Remember my name, I'll check back in soon, when you're probably over 50k
Awesome video! Looking forward to the next episode :D
crazy good video
