Nah the way coaches prepare them and have them discipline on the field. They execute the small details that other schools fail to do. Thats why mater dei and Bosco always stand out, it's all in the details

Facts I’m originally from VA. Went to Kempsville before moving to Cali and graduating out there. Cali ball been like that, most of the SoCal teams can leave the state and be powerhouse programs.

Mater Dei and The Trinity League are on another level. There are many good teams in SoCal and NorCal . The talent is off the charts. Unfortunately Los Alamitos hit that wall as many have with Mater Dei.
Los Alamitos beat 1 or 2 Trinity league teams this year. Just can't hang with Mater Dei obviously
@@easucks1776 to be honest I don’t believe Los Alamitos would of beaten St. John Bosco as well. Great season for Los Alamitos unfortunately they drew the same bracket as Mater Dei & St. John Bosco. I strongly believe if they were in the same bracket as Sierra Canyon they would have beaten them and be playing for that division State championship.

Buford Wolves and Mill Creek Hawks have the best chance against Bosco or Mater Dei.
Also, St. Thomas Aquinas in Florida beat Bosco. Not giving up a Touchdown.
RUN game is the biggest difference.. in Georgia.. WE generally teach stop the run. & defensively, the size is not an issue. KIDS love contact here. I think mater dei out west is better COACHED but they wouldn't want to PLAY in Georgia... TO PROVE IT. Play in Lowndes vs the refs or Buford 😂
They would beat Buford by 30. They would have no answer to stop MD. Buford is a great team no doubt. You gotta understand that teams like MD have 30 kids with D1 offers,30! I respect the other traditional powerhouse states as well-Texas and Florida. That rounds out the trifecta of overall high school football national dominance

The hazing lawsuit was dropped fyi. Security camera footage proved everything to be a lie. And the supposed victim initially hid damning texts with his parents that proved him to be a liar. The papers incredulously reported about his supposedly serious injuries. In reality, he went to the doctor one time, transferred, and was playing football within weeks of the fight. His rich parents were just mad that both their son and the other kid got punished for fighting. Not just him. Rollo never tolerated hazing or bullying. He’s going out on top. And, frankly, the BS fabricated “scandal” was a lot for a 73 year old. He will still be highly involved in the program going forward.

Are they open division. Because a 10 and 1 Lincoln team here in San Diego looks like a crash course for Southern California sate title. I might be wrong about division tho. And before folks say San Diego Lincoln high can't compete. There running back is a 4 star committed to Gerogia. Who else went there from Lincoln San Diego Terrell Davis. Also got 4 star Linebacker comited to UCLA. And various other to group of 5 schools. So let me know if this match up can't happen

them to have a good run against these other open division teams, let alone MD. if los al isn’t putting up any points with their high powered offense than lincoln does not stand a chance
