lets say they dont drop the medallion, it takes some time (i think 3 seconds) for the healing to begin. but if they drop it, the healing starts immediately so the player gets 3 seconds of additional healing which is like 30 health with that broken medallion.
I got 57 in one game, gave my gf 5 or 6 kills for her challenges. Very easy.. only difference is that it was in pubs 💀 (Was a lot of bots, not all, my highest in ranked was like 39 or something in duos ranked, elite almost champ in that moment. Chap 5 seas 1)
Who would have thought a chapter or two ago we would have stuff like nitro in the game now and people are literally forced to get used to it, this game has just completely gone down the drain more people need to start talking about it
