Also, here's some tips on pronouncing the names of the NPC (If you need it :D) Joko - Joe-ko Miranjani - Mee-ran-jaa-nee Semeru - Say-me-ru/Seh-mr-oo Bahasa Indonesia is particularly heavy on the vocal words, but you did a great job trying to pronounce everything. And yes, Krakatoa and Semeru is actually a mountain name. Waiting for more content on Coral Island, Good job!
@@strawberrysorbettt I played a bit before the update and then stopped because it was very unfinished, but from what I’ve seen most storylines have an ending now so I’m definitely looking forward to playing again! Thx for the tip with the names 😂 I do know that the developers have a ticktock page where they also say the names so I’ll look into that for sure 👍🏻
You prob don’t need any tips, but instead of going behind bugs/critters, go IN FRONT of them when preparing to catch them and slowly creep towards them so that you’re walking towards each other. I found it much easier that way!💜
Edit: just got to the point where you found out why the animals got sick 😅 The reason why your animals got sick was because there weren't any temperature machines placed in their coops/barns. You can buy them at the Ranch and they're needed during summer and winter. I love coral island but I wish it included more tutorials and tips because we have to basically Google everything to find solutions to our problems. Or maybe they added the info with the books in the library, I never really read them because I was nearly at town rank A when 1.1 dropped and frequently visit the subreddit/discord
@@ruvia.9312 completely agree with you! When I found out that you can use the scythe for harvesting crops I was blown away. I’ve waisted so many in game hours just picking crops one by one 😅 maybe it was mentioned somewhere but I didn’t notice that at least. Hopefully they’ll add more tutorials in the future!
@@GuidingPixels at least your hand picking contributed to your farming skill to rank up, because harvesting with the scythe does not 🙃 I'd be interested in a continuation btw, I really like seeing different play styles!
Your comment made me had a little flashback on when I was little playing Harvest Moon. There was no google nor any tutorials at my disposal and so my fav place in game was the library. I went to the library a lot to learn the tips 😂 If Coral Island is the same with the library then I'm getting even more curious about it. I love little things like that.

as far as i can tell, pufferfish didn't deliberately cause the oil spill with the intention of taking over coral island, but they were responsible through negligence, and where quick to take advantage of the towns economic downturn that resulted from it. so they are less malicious predator's and more malicious opportunists/scavengers. still evil, just not quite as deliberate
