I am getting into canning bro, I am doing deer and Salsa here soon and now I will try this. What is the shelf life or is it just until you break the seal and than use within so many days ?
They say anywhere between 3 to 5 years then your food starts to degrade in nutrition But people have kept it longer and say it’s ok it all depends on who you ask so just do your own research and don’t let other people scare you
