We love shishito peppers! We love to simply grill them when we're cooking outside.
Shashito peppers are totally worth it. I planted one plant last year and it produced a ton of peppers all summer and into the fall. I simply sautéd them in olive or avocado oil uni they blistered and added sea salt and lemon juice after cooked.
I am in zone 5b/6a (Canada), and we have had the craziest 'el nino' winter here! We already have buds and blooms on things, and are direct sowing our cool crops earlier than ever. Can't wait to see what this season has in store for everyone :)
I grew the Adorandack Blue potatoes last year wasn't really impressed with the flavor myself, but everyone likes different tastes.
Yep, give those shishitos a light grill on the barby. My wife makes a simple, tasty dip for them with mayo and siracha sauce. Yummy!
Just love these kitchen garden videos!! Thank you, Jill.
Would love you to share more of your recipes or menu ideas through the gardening seasoning so we can all get new ideas to use our favorite veggies!
Where can I find the Natapos peppers. Love your videos!
Im excited to see the kitchen garden journey!!
Will you be planting in your regular garden or is this a rest year?
I’m planting in all the raised beds but letting the ground beds rest.
Sounds good. Praying for no back pain this year. Love seeing green on this video. We are in a snow storm.
Kitchen garden looks great!!!
Your video has a way of making me feel seen and understood. Relatable and genuine!
